All of our teachers are IRMT NZ-registered, holding credentials ranging from bachelors to doctorate degrees in music and piano performance, earning accolades in numerous local and international piano competitions. With many different cultural backgrounds and teaching styles, Able Music teachers provide the best choice for students with different needs and goals. Music lessons are available in English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese and Russian. With our programs varying from private lessons for all instruments to group classes, we also offer theory and aural classes to all students enrolled.
Whether you want to learn for fun, or win competitions, whether you want to learn Classical, Jazz, Opera, Pop or Rock, our teachers will get you there! We encourage our students to practice daily, develop their technique and musicality, improve their knowledge of music theory, play music pieces they enjoy and build confidence by performing in our recitals three times a year.
We offer opportunities to prepare and enrol in ABRSM and Trinity Exam. Our studio’s dedicated and reliable instructors have established over fifteen years of teaching experience, and hold a 100% pass rate for student exam. Most of our students pass with Merit or Distinction.
We can accommodate lessons for siblings at the same time and same location, with different teachers. Students can take multiple lessons at the same studio: Piano, Violin, Drum, Guitar and Cello.
